Club Officer Training

Each club has 7 officers to train in both Phase 1 and Phase 2. TAll training must be completed by Feb. 28, 2024 in order to count towards your club’s goals for 2023-2024.

A TRAINED club is an EMPOWERED club.

Speech Contests

2023-2024 Speech contests will be announced in Summer 2023.

Each club has the opportunity to host a speech contest for:  International Speech Contest plus 1 other Contest as determined by the District.

Club contests must be completed by January 31, 2024 so that Area contests may be completed by February 28, 2024 and Division contests completed by March 31, 2024.

The District-level International Speech contest will be held at the Spring Conference 2024.

An Area with 4 or fewer clubs in good standing may send 2 contestants as decided by the District Leaders.

A Division with 4 or fewer Areas may have 2 contestants from each Area.
