District Council Annual Business Meeting
The District Council shall consist of Club Presidents, and Vice Presidents Education of Clubs in Good Standing, plus District Executive Committee members including District Director, Program Quality Director, Club Growth Director, Public Relations Manager, Administration Manager, Finance Manager, Immediate Past District Director, Division Directors, and Area Directors.
The District shall hold at least two (2) meetings a year, one (1) of which shall be the Annual Meeting held before June 1 for the election of District officers. Quorum will be determined by the number of club representatives in attendance.

Location

Hybrid, Courtyard by Marriott 1011 Bloor Street East, Oshawa, Canada, the Zoom Link is provided to registered District Council members and authorized attendees.

Agenda, Previous Meeting Minutes to Adopt & Registration Link

The registration link is emailed to District Council members and authorized attendees at least 4 weeks in advance of the Annual Business meeting.

Agenda and previous meeting minutes will be provided at least two weeks prior to meeting.

Meeting Minutes

Final Minutes will be emailed to District Council members up to one week after the meeting.
