Evaluation Contest: Contestants observe a five-to-seven-minute test speech and then present a two-to three-minute evaluation of the test speech.

Tall Tales Contest: Contestants present a three-to-five-minute speech on a topic that is highly exaggerated and improbable in theme or plot.

• Clubs run contests Sep 16-Oct 13
• Areas run contests Oct 14-Nov 10
• Divisions run contests Nov 11-Dec 8
• District finals at the District Spring Conference (date to be determined).
• Areas with four or less clubs will allow 2 contestants per club.
• Divisions with four areas or less will allow 2 contestants per area.
• Clubs determine how they conduct their club contest.
• Area, Division and District contests will be in person.
