To ensure accessibility for all council members\, it is proposed that attendance at the 2027 Annual Meeting of the District Council be Hybrid\, with both online and in-person options. \nOnline DEC meetings \nThe governing documents allow for the District Director to recommend Online DEC meetings\, which need approval by the DEC. For member safety and comfort\, it is proposed the DEC meeting on Jan 24\, 2027 be online only. \nBudget \nThe 2026-2027 budget requires DEC approval\, which will then be presented to the District Council.
