DESCRIPTION:The District Council (DC) meets two (2) times each program year. The District Council includes the Club President\, Club Vice President Education\, DEC members (District Director\, Program Quality Director\, Club Growth Director\, District Public Relations Manager\, District Administration Manager\, District Finance Manager\, Division Directors\, Area Directors\, and Immediate Past District Director). \nEach club carries 2 votes\, which may be assigned as follows: \n\nActive Club President and Vice President Education each carry 1 vote\, or\nEither officer carries both votes\n\nFurther Information: \n\nA Club President or VPE may carry a maximum of 2 club votes.\nAn assumption is made that if only 1 officer registers for a club\, you carry both club votes up to a maximum of 2 club votes.\nThere are NO proxies allowed. i.e.\, a member that is not the Club President or VPE.\nEligible District Executive members will be assigned 1 vote.\n\nReference  District Administrative Bylaws\, Article X Questions? \nContact Michelle Rich\, DTM\, PDG\, Credentials Chair\, credentials@toastmasters123.org or District Director\, Madhukar Shahi\, dd@toastmasters123.org \nMeeting Information and Support Documents\nThe meeting is online attendance only. To be valid\, the awards and their criteria must be posted on the District website by January 1 of the year they represent. These will be awarded\, along with the other stated awards\, at the “of the year” gala the following year.
