DESCRIPTION:The District Council shall consist of Club Presidents\, and Vice Presidents Education of Clubs in Good Standing\, plus District Executive Committee members\, including District Director\, Program Quality Director\, Club Growth Director\, Public Relations Manager\, Administration Manager\, Finance Manager\, Immediate Past District Director\, Division Directors\, and Area Directors.\n				\n\n					The District shall hold at least two (2) meetings a year\, one (1) of which shall be the Fall Meeting held before October 1 for the acceptance of the District budget unless an extension is approved by Toastmasters International. Quorum is determined by the number of clubs registered.\n				\n\nMeeting Information\n\n					Meeting Guidelines and Procedures\nDistrict 123 Procedures \n \n				\n\n					Location\nOnline Only. The Zoom Link is provided directly to registered District Council members and authorized attendees and is posted on the District website for non-District Council members.
