On a weekly or monthly basis, check how your club is doing. “Numbers” do NOT lie!
Education Goals: 1-6: Do you have 4 level 1’s? That means you are helping new members with their goals. Do you have 0 level 1’s? This could mean you haven’t gotten new members or you are not encouraging new members to work through their level 1 projects. Do you have any completed education goals or only a few? This could mean you are not focusing on helping members achieve their communication goals.

Do you have 7/7 officers trained in both phase 1 and 2? That means your club executive is focused on helping members and the club succeed.

Are your administrative goals completed – A club officer list submitted, dues submitted on time? That means your club executive is committed to a successful club.
