District leader elections are held during the Annual Meeting of the District Council at District conference. Have you thought about taking the next step in your Toastmasters leadership journey? If so, now is the time to consider serving as a District Leader for the 2024-2025 Toastmaster year.
The District Leadership Committee is looking for applications for the following elected positions:
- District Director
- Program Quality Director
- Club Growth Director
- Division Directors (A,B,C,D,E,G,M,N)
The District Leadership Committee is also looking for applications for the following appointed positions:
- Public Relations Manager
- Finance Manager
- Administration Manager
- Area Directors and Other Appointed Positions

The District Leadership Committee is charged with nominating candidates for District office. The purpose of the Committee is to find the best-qualified candidates possible to serve as District leaders.
Dates and Deadlines
Jan 15, 2024
The deadline for candidates to apply for elected positions is January 15, 2024.
March 31, 2024
Individuals interested in being considered for Public Relations Manager, Administration Manager, Finance Manager, Area Director, or other appointed positions may submit applications until March 31st, 2024.
All forms are listed in the application package.
Four (4) weeks prior to the election date
DLC report and biographical forms are emailed to all members of the District Council and posted on the District website.
Eligible floor candidates shall declare their intent to run in writing to the District Director after the DLC report has been published and at least seven (7) days prior to the Annual Bussiness Meeting of the District Council on May 4, 2024.
