Getting guests through the door is only the beginning. What happens after their visit can make all the difference in whether they feel welcomed, stay connected, and decide to join your club.
Join us for an interactive, practical workshop exploring how to make guest follow-up more personal, effective, and consistent.
You’ll learn how to:
- Understand what brought a guest to your club and what they’re looking for.
- Write personalized follow-up messages that encourage genuine connection.
- Recognize opportunities to continue the conversation without being pushy.
- Create a simple, repeatable follow-up process that your club can actually maintain.
You’ll have opportunities to practise, exchange ideas with fellow Toastmasters, and leave with practical tools you can put to work right away.
