District Council

The District Council (DC) meets two (2) times each program year. The District Council includes the Club President, Club Vice President Education, DEC members (District Director, Program Quality Director, Club Growth Director, District Public Relations Manager, District Administration Manager, District Finance Manager, Division Directors, Area Directors, and Immediate Past District Director).
