District Leaders 2024 - 2025
A District’s success depends on the quality of its leadership and the collaboration of its leaders. It is up to District leaders to create and maintain an atmosphere of enjoyment, teamwork, and dedication. The team is responsible for fulfilling the District mission and achieving recognition in the Distinguished District Program.

Administration Manager
Lisa des Vignes, DTM
As the Administration Manager, I am responsible for maintaining the historical records of the District, recording and distributing meeting minutes, and otherwise maintaining accurate, timely records of District business.

Executive Assistant to the District Director
Jennifer Magee, DTM
As the executive assistant to the district director, I work closely with the district director and provide support and assistance to complete tasks wherever necessary.

Finance Manager
Michael Song
As the Finance Manager, I am tasked with the fiscal oversight and management of the District. The Finance Manager works closely with the District Director, Program Quality Director, and Club Growth Director to ensure that the District is making cost-effective decisions—within policy—that result in effective fiscal management.

Public Relations Manager
Ryan Hunter
As the Public Relations Manager, I am responsible for coordinating publicity efforts in the District. By establishing and maintaining lines of communication between the District and its members, as well as between the District and the public, I work to increase awareness of Toastmasters through all available media.

Leslie Benfield, DTM, IPDD
As the Immediate Past District Director I provid counsel and guidance to District leaders and plan, direct, and organize projects and committees as requested by the District Director. One of the major responsibilities of this role is to ensure the incoming District Director receives all pertinent District documents prior to June 30.

Parliamentarian
Tony Bratschitsch, DTM, PDD
The Parliamentarian is an invaluable resource for the District Director, offering help, guidance, and support during meetings and answering any questions the District Director has related to rules and procedures.

Logistics Manager
Bruce Richardson
As the Logistics Manager, I am responsible for selecting meeting locations and organizing the room, ensuring the atmosphere is conducive to successful events, such as business meetings, speech contests, and training. The Logistics Manager sets up necessary equipment, assists District leaders with meeting arrangements, distributes program materials, keeps track of District property, and addresses disruptions during events. A track record of organization and diplomacy is a must for this role.

Alignment Chair
Arthur Ching, DTM
As Alignment chair, I lead the committee to review that district and amend, if needed, the alignment of clubs, Areas, and Divisions with its boundaries.

Conflict Resolution Advisor
Mark Blackmore, DTM
As the conflict resolution advisor, I am a neutral party who helps members resolve disputes through safe and non-judgmental dialogue. I help members identify the root problem, offer advice and strategies for addressing the’ conflict, and help them find a solution that works for everyone involved.

Credentials Manager
Michelle Rich, DTM, PDD
As the Credentials Chair I assist the District in conducting a successful election meeting. I ensure that ballots are only issued to registered District Council members.

Division and Area Directors Advisor
Jacklyn A. Payne, DTM, PRA
As the division and area director advisor, I support division and area directors in achieving their goals by providing guidance and resources to help them succeed in their roles.

Web Manager
Josh Wang
As the Web Manager I assist the District Director and Club Growth Director with updates to the District website. Although the District Director is the publisher of the District website and ultimately responsible for its content, I play an important role in maintaining the website.

Of The Year 2024-2025 Awards
Jennifer Magee, DTM
As the Of the Year Awards Committee chairperson, I lead a committee of other Toastmasters to evaluate award nominations, address nomination concerns, and suggest winners, which are then sent to the district director for final concurrence.
