What is Included?

District 123 Toastmasters International hosts an annual conference. The main purposes of the annual conference are to:

  • Host the annual business meeting
  • Conduct the District-level International Speech Contest

Is There a Hybrid Option to attend the conference?

The business meeting from 3:30 to 5:00 P.M., Saturday, May 2, 2026 will be hybrid. The remainder of the conference will be in-person.

We encourage all District 123 clubs to participate in the business meeting. The District Director/Administration Manager will send additional correspondance. Registration is required.

Can non-Toastmaster guests attend the conference?

YES! We encourage interest in both Toastmasters and non-Toastmasters alike. All are welcome. The District Council meeting is restricted to District Council members and District Director – approved attendees.

What is the dress code for the Saturday night Gala Dinner?

The Gala dinner is a formal event. We recommend semi-formal attire. Come ready to celebrate in style.

Are there special rates for hotel accomodation?

Yes. Check with the hotel and ensure you mention you are with District 123 Toastmasters to get the special rate.
