The Train-the-Trainer workshop for COT facilitators is essential for both new and experienced trainers. This workshop aims to help club officers benefit from a consistent, professional, and engaging learning experience and to help trainers be more confident.

Toastmasters International has released new training materials for Round One, now available for 2026-2027. These materials were developed by the Club Officer Training Project Development Team, composed of past District leaders, under the guidance of the Club Officer Training Working Group—a team of Past International Presidents.

Each COT session now consists of three one-hour sessions.

• Breakout for the club office
• General session 2
