The District Executive Committee meets at least four (4) times each program year. The District Executive Committee includes the District Director, Program Quality Director, Club Growth Director, District Public Relations Manager, District Administration Manager, District Finance Manager, Division Directors, Area Directors, and Immediate Past District Director.

District Officer Appointments
The following 2026 – 2027 District Director appointments need DEC approval and will be presented to the District Council for approval.

Webmaster – Michelle Rich, DTM, PDG
Attendance format at the District 123 2027 Annual Meeting
The governing documents allow the annual meeting of the District Council to be either in a Hybrid or online-only format, which requires approval by the DEC. To ensure accessibility for all council members, it is proposed that attendance at the 2027 Annual Meeting of the District Council be Hybrid, with both online and in-person options.
Online DEC meetings
The governing documents allow for the District Director to recommend Online DEC meetings, which need approval by the DEC. For member safety and comfort, it is proposed the DEC meeting on Jan 24, 2027 be online only.
Budget
The 2026-2027 budget requires DEC approval, which will then be presented to the District Council. It is proposed to accept the 2026-2027 District 123 Toastmasters budget.
