The Annual District Council (ADC) is held in the Spring of the Toastmasters year. Initially used to encourage members to attend the District Council, the ADC can be scheduled out the District Council within 2 weeks in order to save conference time. The District Council includes the Club President, Club Vice President Education, DEC members (District Director, Program Quality Director, Club Growth Director, District Public Relations Manager, District Administration Manager, District Finance Manager, Division Directors, Area Directors, and Immediate Past District Director).
